Some real estate stories are about much more than a property changing hands. The sale of 2712 Egan Road in Bella Coola, BC, marks another chapter in a client relationship spanning 15 years—and an eight-year journey with a remarkable 198-acre riverfront property.

A Remarkable Property in Bella Coola

Set amid the natural beauty of Bella Coola, this approximately 198-acre riverfront property offered an extraordinary setting of forest, mountain scenery, and space to imagine something special. Its partially finished timber-frame building held potential for a future lodge.

A Vision That Began in 2018

I have had the privilege of knowing my clients since 2011. In 2018, I helped them purchase this unique property with a vision of developing a fishing lodge. As time passed, circumstances and priorities changed, and they made the decision to pursue a different direction.

Patience, Persistence, and Local Collaboration

Marketing a distinctive acreage in a remote location calls for a thoughtful approach and patience. I was grateful to work alongside a knowledgeable local REALTOR® who had also been involved in the property's 2018 transaction. Our collaboration helped bring this chapter to a successful close.

More Than a Sale

What makes this closing meaningful to me is the trust behind it. From the original purchase to the eventual sale, my clients gave me the opportunity to support them through changing plans and important decisions. I am sincerely thankful for their continued confidence and for the teamwork that made this sale possible.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the sale of 2712 Egan Road. I wish my clients all the best in their next chapter.
